USA by Motorhome
Immersive discovery
(Translated by Google) The pace of the road trip was well thought out. Although the total mileage is significant, the distances to be covered did not seem insurmountable to us, we had time to discover the sites
Road trip Ouest USA
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip made this summer over 3 weeks. Change of scenery guaranteed; the parks are magnificent (Top 1: Monument Valley, top 2: Peek-a-boo (little wonder), top 3: Yosemite). Let yourself get carried away during a western/country evening at Bryce Canion (the audience was overwhelmingly American, which reassures about the quality of the show on offer). Don't delay because the effects of global warming are cruelly felt and it is not certain that certain stages can still be explored in a few years (Lake Powell in particular). The handling of the motorhome is very simple even for the uninitiated that we were. Finally, a little advice: choose campsites with a swimming pool! A very special thank you to Sophie who concocted this beautiful trip for us. [...]
very nice trip
(Translated by Google) Travel in a motorhome in the American West, fabulous.
Wonderful travel experience! A family dream come true :-)
(Translated by Google) A wonderful trip! The ease of RV charmed us with the simplicity of travel and the elimination of wasted time changing destinations. Everything is at your fingertips.
An exceptional journey
(Translated by Google) It is obvious that without Authentik USA and the help of Virginie, we would probably never have taken the step of a very intense roadtrip but whose memories for our 4 children are priceless.
The quality of the roadbook is remarkable, the website very easy, the bookings super simple... frankly, we can only congratulate our partner.
Excellent organization
(Translated by Google) The organization was excellent, nothing to complain about. 30 days on the magical site, stars in your eyes and memories engraved. Virginie gave excellent advice and always responded to our requests, even during the stay.
a magical adventure
(Translated by Google) The organization was top notch. No nasty surprises.
Simply stunning!
(Translated by Google) exceptional VR experience with the family. We have extended certain destinations from the original proposed itinerary, since we have 5 weeks of vacation. In addition, we had made a similar trip to the Canadian Rockies last year, and had the feeling that we had not been able to take full advantage of each of the stops.
The American West is simply magical. America's national parks are spectacular, well maintained and served by impeccable services.
The big cities, SF, LA, Las Vegas and our stay in Napa and Sonoma didn't disappoint either.

Nice trip
(Translated by Google) Superb roadtrip in magnificent and mythical places. Everything was very well organized even if some campgrounds are really ordinary...
Small disappointment also for the visit of Peek-a-boo Canyon which is unsuitable from Zion Canyon.
One of our most beautiful trips!
(Translated by Google) We had one of our most beautiful trips! Thanks to the road book and the camping reservations made in advance, we only had to enjoy the present moment. Everything went perfectly, even better than we had hoped.
An exceptional trip despite a downside
(Translated by Google) We were very well advised to organize our roadtrip. After 2 years of postponement because of the Covid, this one was exceptional, magnificent landscapes that amazed us...
Americans are very hospitable. It takes time to get used to the prices + tax + tips and it's still quite expensive overall for shopping and meals. The increase in the price of fuel also had an impact on our budget but that did not prevent us from enjoying it.
The roadbook is also very well designed and we will keep it as a beautiful memory.
The only downside we encountered was a problem with our RV whose extension was faulty and impossible to open. It was difficult to do the dishes or cook. Luckily there were only two of us. Upon handing over we reported the issue and a small rebate of $58 was given to us by the very kind receptionist.

Extraordinary trip!
(Translated by Google) We waited 2 years to be able to make this trip because of the Covid. It was even more incredible than anything we could have imagined.
15 days in the American West. Virginie respected all our wishes with our constraints, nothing to complain about!
Travel: Delighted with this trip, very good organization
(Translated by Google) We really enjoyed our RV road trip with the family, apart from the Calico Ghost Town campground whose toilets and showers were not usable, all the other locations in the campgrounds were really very pleasant! thank you for this great organization, the roadbook is very useful and very well done. We already want to leave!
Road trip West USA in motorhome 21 days
(Translated by Google) Our 1st road trip was a success thanks to the quality of Authentik's service and our dedicated correspondent who was able to live up to our requests and expectations.
extraordinaire
(Translated by Google) Superb trip masterfully organized by Charlotte, I had chosen the destinations I wanted and everything was followed to the letter... Honestly there is no hesitation because we have come across a lot of fake campers like us and we were the best off!!! Then 3 weeks in 40m2 rolling it tests your couple your family your cold blood LOL!!! In the end we were amazed!!!! [...]
Thanks to Manon for her professionalism
Wonderful journey
(Translated by Google) 3 weeks in the American West, 4900 km on the clock, dazzled by the diverse and varied landscapes.
A few small problems with the van car for 1 week.
Otherwise we keep a very good memory of this fabulous trip.
a well-constructed and well-supervised trip
(Translated by Google) We experienced an exceptional journey with discoveries that amazed us, enriching encounters, and spectacular surprises.
MARVELLOUS. THANK YOU VIRGINIA
(Translated by Google) Great 3-week road trip in a motorhome.
If we had to sum up this trip to the American West, we would take the reaction of this young American arriving at Mather point at sunset, mouth and eyes wide open and saying Wow! Wow! Wouah! Wouah!......... We can no longer find the words to describe the marvels discovered each day.
Campsites in Yosemite, Zion, Monument Valley and Malibu are splendid sites
Thanks to Authentik and Virginie for their good advice before departure, for having prepared a perfect road book for us and the recorded GPS which allowed us to travel with peace of mind.
Americans are adorable, helpful and happy, it's very pleasant!
A few small remarks:
Welcome Cruise América expeditious, if you don't speak English very well, they make little effort to make themselves understood other than to force you to watch the video in French a second time.
State of the average RV: faucet not fixed, doors slamming while driving, smoke alarm fallen on the way, exterior water filling impossible to fill ....
The Napa campsite is a bit sad and far from the Yosemite road (plan to put the name of the street in the GPS and not the geographical coordinates, it leads us to a hospital)
Same thing for Kingman, arrival at night on a track behind the campsite!
Other than those little things it was perfect. THANK YOU !

Best road trip ever!
(Translated by Google) Excellent organization of Authentik!
The guide From San Francisco (Sylvie J.Walters was very comfortable taking us to beautiful places. We felt that she loved her job! Big thank you!
Madame Charlotte from Authentik showed great kindness and availability. Thanks again!
Fantastic
(Translated by Google) Excellent trip, organization at the top, if to do it again we don't change anything except the duration of 21 days we could have done 2 months without ever getting bored. More than 3000 photos taken
OUR MOST BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAYS
(Translated by Google) A 3-week road trip in a motorhome for 4, everything went wonderfully, everything was anticipated by Authentik, we couldn't have dreamed of better... we're already thinking about the next one!!
Perfect and no surprises
(Translated by Google) Everything is done wonderfully well in advance of the trip; no nasty surprises.
Perfect for those who don't want to take the hassle of planning a trip to unknown lands.
Wonderful family road trip
(Translated by Google) Wonderful roadtrip in the American West in a motorhome with the family. Everyone came back with lots of memories and landscapes in their eyes.
Superb organization of the trip with all pitches reserved in advance, all campsites were great. Motorhome rental at the top.
A big thank you for this organization which greatly facilitated our trip.
In the top
(Translated by Google) Hotel and campsites very well located. An extraordinary stay filled with discoveries and exceptional images. On the other hand, it would be preferable for the campsite for Sequoia Park to be located in the north or west of the park (South entrance prohibited for vehicles over 22 feet).
Go on a roadtrip with complete peace of mind
(Translated by Google) An advisor available, pleasant, patient, answering all our (many) questions. Easy exchange by email.
Once there, Authentik USA's service is flawless! The roadbook is very well informed. The vouchers given to each service provider are reassuring. The instructions for each service are very clear. Slight flat on the sometimes not very detailed road indications and not taking into account the speed of a camper (underestimated duration). The travel guide at each stage is clear, concise.

Discovering the American West
(Translated by Google) Our road trip went very well overall. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit Monterey due to lack of time. We should have requested our RV pick up first thing in the morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. San Francisco is a city where life is good and the landscapes of the west are breathtaking.
This trip will leave us with lasting memories.
Thanks to the Autentik team!!

UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY
(Translated by Google) We loved our RV road trip through the American West. We were able to be matched with friends who were leaving at the same time as us but leaving earlier. The campsites were very well located and well equipped overall. At the rental level of the RV, it does not come from Authentik USA but from the rental company. The tour of the state of the vehicle is done alone. We check a document with all the information and then give them a duplicate but no one checks. When the vehicle is returned, a person arrives with a damp sponge to see the impacts on the windshield even though this is not done when taking control of the vehicle and the windshield does not appear on the document . After discussion with them, the lessor did not take the impacts into account. The road book is very popular for the sites to visit around the stops. On the other hand, for the journeys, we did not always follow the indications because we preferred to take the secondary roads. Route 1 in California between Pismo and Monterey, is absolutely to do! For Antelope Canyon, little trick, we managed to have a visit on the principle of first come-first served for the visit of 7:30 am but you have to be there from 6 am. [...]
3 weeks in the American West...........Pura Vida!
(Translated by Google) We left from July 06 to 26, 2019 in RV with the family (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 10). A huge "thank you" to the entire Authentik team and especially to Charlotte for her advice and help in making this trip a reality!
The stages are well calculated and we really have time to sit down and appreciate these magnificent landscapes! And there are many, varied .... we do not get bored! The road between San Francisco and Los Angeles Highway 1 remains a must personally (the freshness of the Pacific is very pleasant, the children enjoyed the games on the many beaches, the Pacific Dunes campsite with the slides in the sand and the sunset sun, sea view and dolphins in Malibu......).
Between Los Angeles and Grand Canyon, stop at Kingman (very very hot but pleasant swimming pool at the end of the afternoon with Americans at the top!).
Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, Zion...... WOW......we were speechless!
On the wise advice of Charlotte, we had chosen to stay one more night in Zion and to spend only one night in Las Vegas....personally, it was enough......too hot!
The last part.......Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite Park, we enjoyed the multitude of landscapes and activities! A big favorite!
In summary, we appreciated the organized and professional side of Authentik: we have time to enjoy hikes, visits, moments of relaxation without worrying about finding accommodation in the middle of summer! The road book is great because it gives all the valuable advice for campsites, activities and other travel information. And then, if he has the slightest problem, Authentik is super responsive!
We had already done a road trip in the summer of 2017 in Quebec with Authentik, once again, it was great!!!!! Thank you Thank you and certainly see you soon for a 3rd journey with you!

a very nice trip that should not have been done in a motorhome
(Translated by Google) We had made a trip to Quebec in a motorhome last year with Authentik Canada, from which we came back delighted.
We therefore once again trusted Authentik (USA this time) to repeat the experience in the United States. We have nothing to say about the Authentik organization: program very easy to personalize, road book very well done (it alone replaces the tourist guide), all reservations are made with a voucher each time, simple access and quickly to our advisor...
On the other hand, we are much less satisfied with the listening and the response to our expectations and the knowledge of the sites: we thought we had been clear about our expectations, indicating in particular that we did not like the Quebec campsite at all ( city) where the Motorhomes are glued to each other and our adviser never told us that this would be the case EVERYWHERE in the United States. We have almost always been disappointed with the campgrounds on offer: they are no more and no less than equipped car parks, the CCs glued to each other with the sharing of noise and smells... After a few email exchanges, I did not insisted since my adviser only tried to convince me that the campsites were great with a very nice view and great services (thanks I'm there, I see how it is)... still not a lot of listen.
In the end, we had a very nice trip (the landscapes are breathtaking), very well organized (nothing to say from this point of view), but that we should not have done in a motorhome (a lot more expensive than the hotel with comparable service with the disadvantages but not the advantages...) I am a little angry with our adviser from this point of view.
