Good experience overall, but two disappointing issues

Overall, we were satisfied with our experience with Cruise America and enjoyed our road trip.

However, two points were disappointing.

First, the refrigerator in our RV was not working properly. This is a major issue when travelling around Las Vegas in August, with extremely high temperatures. Most of the food we bought on the first day had to be thrown away, which was both inconvenient and costly.

Second, we were surprised to discover at the last minute that camping chairs were not included in the rental price. I had selected as many options as possible when booking, so I expected such a basic item to be included or at least clearly offered in advance. We were charged an additional $12 per chair. The amount itself is not the main issue, but discovering this only when collecting the RV felt a little unfair.

Apart from these two issues, we were generally satisfied with the rental and our experience.
