We didn't enjoy the tour with the Navajo at Monument Valley as much because it wasn't authentic. It was a well-rehearsed tour for tourists, and even when I asked the guide questions about Navajo culture, his answers were vague. He acted like a clown to amuse the crowd. A horseback ride might have been better to be immersed in the landscape. Otherwise, the RV broke down (the generator) despite our visit to a garage and several phone calls to the headquarters, they couldn't repair or help us. We had to spend 3 to 4 days without air conditioning. The RV seemed old. All the campsites you booked for us were magnificent, except the one at Monument Valley. You should just take into account that for Devil's Garden, there's a 45-minute drive from the park entrance to get there. So be careful with activity planning in Page, it's a lot of driving if you have to go back and forth. What really shocked us was the price of meals and activities in Las Vegas. You should really specify to families that for a small breakfast for 4 people, you have to pay 100 dollars, having bought one drink and a croissant or sandwich per person!!! If we had known, we wouldn't have stayed in Las Vegas but would have found an alternative. Despite everything, it was an unforgettable trip for our family, which allowed us to discover the beauties of nature and share unique moments.

In the middle of the stay we were really disappointed with the price that authentik made us pay and we inquired about the price of the nights in the campsites where we spent: no night exceeded $50 and one of the campsites where we stayed 2 nights was $18 per night! While right next door there was a great campsite... frankly for this type of trip I advise against it, the margin that authentik takes is much too high for the type of service. The road book was good but not always up to date on activities and prices in certain places, for example at the grand canyon we completely missed the best after speaking with other tourists who were placed on the other side of the canyon and we were able to enjoy magnificent hikes. Our advisor was very responsive and helpful in preparing this trip, we thank him for that! Unfortunately we will no longer return to Authetik USA for the future trip to the United States. [...]

- The RV was ok but not very modern, the smell of the toilets when we received it was strong.
- We only had 1/3 furl when taking the RV, quite annoying not to start with a full tank because it slowed us down for the big start and added stress to hit the road.
- The stop at Kingman is not necessary, there is not much to do. I would have preferred to ride 4 hours that day from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas and be able to have one more night to stop at Page (Antelope Canyon which we didn't see at the time).
