Road Trip USA
USA West Coast road trip
We had a fantastic road trip on the US West Coast organized by Authentik, and came home with so many wonderful memories.
A real highlight was spending my 50th birthday on horseback in Bryce Canyon - truly unforgettable!
We followed all of Authentik's advice on must-visit places and restaurant recommendations and they were incredibly useful. Everything was well thought out and made the trip so easy.
Our contact, Veronique, was fantastic - very friendly, helpful, and always answered our questions promptly.
If I were doing the same trip again I would change one or two accommodations to my personal taste, but honestly all were acceptable or good.
One note on food in general - not related to Authentik at all, in fact they warned us about this in the Road Book - in the more remote areas of Utah and Arizona the quality was not so great and prices were quite extortionate for what we got. The Mexican food was fine, but too much of it after a couple of days.
Overall we would definitely book with Authentik again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a road trip.

Our WestCoast USA Roadtrip Honeymoon was incredible
We went on a USA Roadtrip for our Honeymoon and had an incredible time. Authentik map generated an initial idea which we were then able to tweak. Pierre took care of the hotel and car bookings, advising on suitability and route efficiency. When a national park was closed as a result of Hurricane Hillary Pierre took it upon himself to call me at the earliest possible opportunity to discuss options of which Authentik covered the amendments in full. Overall the experience of booking and interacting with Authentik was seamless. Highly recommended! [...]
Exceptional
(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied with the support from Authentik USA, with the hotels chosen by Véronique Blanchette which were very well located, and with the Roadbook provided. Everything was well organized. Our road trip went very well and we will keep wonderful memories of the diverse and magnificent landscapes of the national parks.
Great road trip
Fantastic
(Translated by Google) A trip that we prepared together with Emilie BOIVIN from Authentik, and which turned out to be beyond all our expectations. Whether it was the quality of the services, the answers to our questions, the standard of the hotels, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. A huge and immense thank you to Emilie and the Authentik USA team for this trip, this unforgettable experience. [...]
A hassle-free trip
(Translated by Google) Very good trip, perfectly organized from beginning to end. All services met my expectations. Only a small downside: a hotel reservation was canceled for a reason I don't know, but a solution was found quickly. I recommend this agency without hesitation.
Very nice trip.
(Translated by Google) Magical sites, but American hotels are aging.
Great stay
(Translated by Google) Perfectly timed program.
A great road trip
(Translated by Google) We are delighted with our experience with Authentik USA. Our advisor, Virginie, was always attentive to our needs and was able to organize a trip that matched our desires.
We would not hesitate to use this site again for another trip.
Exceptional and unforgettable
(Translated by Google) There are many superlatives to list to sum up our family road trip (17 days, 2 parents, 2 children aged 11 and 14).
We've been racking up the miles and hikes, but every road is dotted with beautiful scenery and rewards us with exceptional panoramas and views. Canyons, deserts, forests, lakes, mountains: it's all there and every day is a different journey.
We feel very small faced with the immensity of certain sites where nature imposes itself on us (Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, Death Valley). From wonder to wonder, we sometimes surprise ourselves by trivializing the exceptional!
As for the cities, while Los Angeles resonated less with our children who didn't grow up with 90s American pop culture, and Las Vegas is no longer as flamboyant (but still exuberant), we all loved the unparalleled charm of San Francisco.
On the practical side, the personalized road book tailored to our trip and our stops was a real plus.
We left during the last 3 weeks of August and were pleasantly surprised to find that school had resumed in mid-August in the areas we visited: no need to book access to parks and no queues anywhere.
In the end, we had a wonderful time and came back with our heads full of images: exceptional and unforgettable!

A huge family discovery of the American West.
(Translated by Google) Pros:
- American pragmatism
- Easy car rental, plus we had a built-in GPS. We had a choice of car models.
- Civility of locals on the roads
- Restrooms present and clean everywhere, as well as fountains for fresh water
- Very affordable fuel
- Very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained parks with the good idea of a pass for access to the vast majority of the parks visited
- Breakfast with choices in hotels, even if it was classic American
Cons:
- Little effort to be open to languages other than English at hotel receptions
- Navajo activity to be reviewed, perhaps by organizing a convivial moment at a local's home in the famous "hogans"
- Many homeless people, unfortunately, especially in SF and LA
- Lake Powell tour shortened by an hour when the paid service was 4 hours. Furthermore, we thought we would go through "Horseshoe Bend" as in the picture of the activity, but this was not the case.
- Poor quality breakfast at the hotel in LA
Services received:
- The documentation, advice, and application provided by our USA specialist
- Smooth transitions during our hotel changes
- Very high responsiveness and availability of our USA specialist on an ongoing dispute with our hotel in LA

How exceptional!
(Translated by Google) We went from wonder to wonder thanks to flawless organization. Bravo!
An exceptional road trip
(Translated by Google) We will keep an unforgettable memory of our 3-week road trip in the American West. Everything went off without a hitch. Véronique was very attentive from our first exchanges and she concocted a road trip according to our desires. She also knew how to give us valuable advice so that everything went as smoothly as possible.
The vacation we had dreamed of!
(Translated by Google) The logistical organization (planning that took our wishes into account, booking hotels and the car), the quality of the hotels, and the support (availability for questions, roadbook and the information it contained) allowed us to fully enjoy our stay.
Complete and rich journey/course
(Translated by Google) Our road trip was great overall.
USA Trip
(Translated by Google) We had a wonderful stay in the USA. The hotels and stops lived up to our expectations. We recommend Aunthentik USA for travel arrangements.
Exceptional road trip!
(Translated by Google) We were amazed for 15 days, with a balance between towns/cities and fabulous landscapes to entertain the whole family.
Good experience
(Translated by Google) Communication was very good throughout the road trip planning process. Answers to questions were precise. The roadbook is a real asset as it provides lots of useful information.
A wonderful trip!
(Translated by Google) I went with two teenagers, aged 13 and 17, on a road trip for a little over 20 days. We first spent 6 days in New York, then we headed to the West Coast to visit the national parks and ended up in San Francisco. It was an unforgettable trip. Very good hotels, beautiful tours organized by USA Authentik. Alexandra answered each of our questions or messages with precision and responsiveness. I would gladly travel with this agency again, which I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!
(Translated by Google) Unforgettable trip, everything was perfectly managed by Authentik, I didn't have to do anything on site, 0 problems, so easy and the itinerary was great!
Extraordinary 3-week experience in the USA
(Translated by Google) We are a family of four who traveled in July 2025 for three weeks.
The car rental went perfectly and the hotels met our expectations. The agency demonstrated excellent management and communication with its local partners, and was available in case of any issue during our trip.
I highly recommend Authentik USA for a tailor-made trip! The specialists are attentive, give good advice, and guarantee the agency’s quality!

impeccable organization
(Translated by Google) We contacted Authentik USA to facilitate the booking of hotels and car, and to have a backup solution in case of problems, which is impossible if you book everything yourself. We started from a base trip offered on the website and strongly adapted it to our desires, starting from Phoenix to arrive in San Francisco, with a visit to the Grand Canyon, Vegas, LA (Disney and Universal), Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks. Everything was perfectly organized, from the trip planning to the road trip, including the changes that were imposed on us by the cancellation of our outbound flight by Air France. It's reassuring to be able to leave with peace of mind regarding hotels and the car. We will surely call on Authentik USA for our future trips to North America.

Authentic west USA trip Letourneur
(Translated by Google) Exceptional and unforgettable trip, perfect organization, ideal timing, perfectly suitable choice of accommodations
good accompaniment from authentik but...
(Translated by Google) Our contact at Authentik fulfilled their mission correctly, but I didn't bother to discuss enough regarding the different destinations previously established, the time allotted for each of them based on their interest (too much time in San Francisco and not enough elsewhere for example), nor on the level of service of the different hotels offered, particularly in Page and especially, especially in Three Rivers where the hotel was totally unworthy of being included in the selection. If I were to do it again, I would probably use Authentik again but with more prior discussions.

An unforgettable experience!!
(Translated by Google) Here is our feedback from these two weeks spent on the US West Coast...
1 - Arrival: allow time and delay for the unavoidable passage through US customs, and some knowledge of English is necessary to get through it as smoothly as possible: even though we have nothing to reproach ourselves for, we can't help but feel guilty of something...(being French?)
2 - 1st Hotel in LA: perfect (underground parking, free it seems?) and especially breakfast included, despite the original description (we're not going to complain...).
All the rooms offered during the stay are quite standardized and have the same configuration: 2 beds: Queen (160cm) and King size (180cm) and practical equipment (except Vegas): fridge + coffee machine and sometimes microwave.
3- Vegas: so big that it's quite impersonal: but isn't that the goal when going to "have fun" in the casinos? The Luxor is a bit "old" and huge (allow time to reach your room): no comfort equipment: going to Starbucks for coffee on the ground floor: 30 min…
Excess is a particularity of Vegas, but isn't that the goal? Check-in and check-out efficient and fast.
4 - Grand Canyon: great hotel, well located (close to the park) well equipped and comfortable and efficient and smiling staff (average local catering offer: price and service)
5 - Route 66 Crossing: a must: authentic and picturesque (great photos!!)
6 - Monument Valley: Goulding Lodge: premium location: sublime view from the room over the park: a little smaller than usual, but largely compensated by the exceptional location (10 minutes from the Visitor Center): on-site restaurant quite average however: takes advantage of the local monopoly and the local staff still have some work to do in terms of service…
6 - Lake Powell: very good accommodation and conforms to standards. Restaurant, following Authentik's information, very good (Dam Bar & Grill)
7 - Bryce: Very good accommodation (very "motel"): breakfast included in a large, original showroom (a bit like a factory, but no big deal…)
8 - Zion: Best Western Settlers Point (70 km from Zion Park): modern and comfortable in a mushroom town: not easy to find a place to eat (beyond the fast food always very present everywhere)
8 - Death Valley: very wild, very typical accommodation (in the middle of the desert) nice restaurant on site: in the heart of the park: record temperature (48°C.!!!, but that's why we go there…)
9 - Bakersfield: stopover city: no interest (it's planned…): standard hotel…
10 - Yosemite: great hotel in (relative) nature: comfort and practicality are there. Fast food on site (more economical): very close to the park.
11- SF: Hotel in the city center: practical. Old and typical side of good aloi: good comfort and very simple cold breakfast in the large room (plenty of other possibilities in the city)
Another topic: car rental: very good recent vehicle: nothing to report on the subject, except that they took advantage of our "disorientation" on arrival to "slip" us all the insurance, the full tank charged at departure (remember to return the tank empty…) and especially the "all included" tolls: no interest in California and other neighboring states crossed: only necessary once in SF on arrival....(not in LA): total extra + 400 dollars: to think about or consider before....(or to advise in the roadbook).
In conclusion (we must get there): very comfortable to have the accommodation planned and booked in advance, and in my opinion no more expensive than solo, as well as for the programmed activities: concerning us: Warner Studio, Antelope and personalized visit of Monument Valley (recommended)
We are planning a visit to our "cousins" across the Channel in 2026, and will surely call on Authentik for that too (road trip of the same style in Quebec)
Thank you and have a good trip to all those who will read me…

Road trip to the USA
(Translated by Google) We had a very beautiful family trip, with very nice visits to Los Angeles, the national parks, and Las Vegas, the city of excess...the only negative points are the hotel deposits and restaurant tips that add to the budget.
American West
(Translated by Google) Many thanks for organizing this wonderful family trip, everything was perfect - the timing, the reservations, the hotels, the car rental. We encountered no problems and can only recommend Authentique USA to our friends.
Road trip in the American West
(Translated by Google) Excellent organization of our trip which went as planned. No incidents to report.
We had taken care to download all the addresses on Google Maps before leaving and didn't even use 1GB during the 14 days we were there.
A big thank you to Caroline and Virginie for their wise advice! :)
A beautiful trip, but a lack of attention to my requests.
(Translated by Google) It was a dream of mine to discover the American West and I was not disappointed. The sites and landscapes are magnificent, the itinerary and timing perfect according to our expectations. The car rental was in perfect condition, namely a good comfortable vehicle with all insurance included. However, our requests regarding accommodation were not met. We asked, wherever possible, to have rooms with 2 beds and breakfast included. We were told that this had been done wherever possible, but in reality we found ourselves several times in rooms with 1 bed, while other rooms had 2. And breakfast was only included in hotels where it was included by default. I should specify that we had given no price restrictions.
