What is my favorite destination in the USA?  Passionate about yoga, the outdoors, ecology, and nature, I live life to the fullest! You can find me either teaching a yoga class, building a patio, or renovating a kitchen! Adventurous, living new experiences fuels me! I live for sunsets, the ocean, coffee, and travel!

A tip for your trip to the USA  Disconnect, take the time, breathe, admire, but above all live in the present moment.

What is my favorite season in the USA?  Summer 110% (if we forget the mosquitoes…). The days are very hot and the nights a bit cooler, perfect combination! Summer is the season I look forward to every year to perfect my knowledge of aromatherapy and herbalism by walking the trails of our beautiful country. Nature has so much to offer and has everything we need!

What souvenir to bring back from the United States?  Recipes! So that, once back home, it reminds you of all the wonderful memories of your trip and makes you feel like you're still there.

Don't forget to pack in your luggage:  A notebook to write your travel stories or to write down moments that have marked you and that you would like to read again later. Something else not to forget: whether it's warm or very hot where you're going... bring a good pair of warm joggers anyway, nothing beats comfortable pants! In Canada, you have to be prepared for all weather!

What is my dream trip?  Yet another van road trip, in Alaska, the Canadian west, or even Australia... taking one's time, exploring, meeting people, eating local dishes, learning the language of the country, and discovering different cultures. Truly living without time constraints, being present, and simply breathing.
