Road Trip USA
Great !
(Translated by Google) Superb experience, magnificent road trip with breathtaking landscapes!
I thank Authentik for its professionalism which allowed me to enjoy my trip 100%!
exciting and unforgettable journey
(Translated by Google) the trip went very well, the program was intense (more than 5500km in 3 weeks); the additional activities: guided tour of San Francisco, aerial flight over the Grand Canyon, 4x4 among the Navajo, are really to be done and recommended . In terms of hotels, the reserved accommodation located near the parks was of good quality apart from the yosemite wiew lodge, and the best western hotels as a whole which are aging and sometimes dirty (best western of santa barbara to be banned). We expected the agency to make a more judicious choice in order to book us more authentic hotels on certain sites. [...]
Absolutely É-POUS-TOU-FLANT!
(Translated by Google) Where to start ? :D
First of all, let's talk about Manon, without whom this trip could never have been what it was! Thank you THOUSAND TIMES, for your professionalism, your dynamism, your unfailing responsiveness, your help and support, your patience and kindness!!
Our trip was absolutely fabulous, we still talk about it every day, we came back from the American West with wonderful memories in our heads!
We have experienced extraordinary things, seen breathtaking landscapes, met very welcoming people, and even experienced some quite incredible adventures that we are not ready to forget! haha
One of the best encounters we have had? Our exceptional ROADBOOK! Thanks thanks thanks ! Very very well organized, he was our best friend all along, and helped and guided us enormously at every stage of our journey!
The only small point to improve in our opinion: the road stages. We had a GPS, fortunately, but the stages listed in the roadbook seemed to us to be very shallow to fully understand.
Little thing to add at each stage of the ROadbook: the exact time! Depending on the cities, we add or subtract an hour, and depending on the direction of the roadtrip, we change the hour every day. It is specified at the beginning only .... but it is only a detail. :-)
We explored 12 cities in 4 different states over 20 days and at each stage we experienced something just as awesome and surprising!
We recommend this trip a hundred times to all those who dream of doing the American West!
What we loved:
- SAN FRANCISCO: The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco as well as the visit to Alcatraz prison! (extremely well staged and very enriching), and the absolutely brilliant and very lively Fisherman's Wharf district!
- MONTEREY: The small district of Cannery Row in Monterey, very pleasant in the evening!
- PISMO BEACH: The magnificent beaches of Pismo Beach, where we could contemplate a magnificent sunset!
- LOS ANGELES: Letters from HOLLYWOOD, an unmissable stopover and one of the best and most unforgettable of our stay! Big Trail quite difficult to climb up there, (no we did not take the normal route ^^) but very great reward once in front of this mythical, historical symbol and more than representative of America. Hollywood boulevard, like in the movies! And Santa Monica, not to miss the shopping, and the rides on the pier! :D
- LAS VEGAS: So there, we were literally stunned and amazed...by the city of excess!! We thought we were in a video game! :D Everything is huge, well thought out, and we were amazed at every corner! One of the most beautiful things we've seen? THE BELLAGIO FOUNTAINS! Absolutely breathtaking, we were speechless it was so magnificent and magical!
LAS VEGAS HIGHLIGHT: SHOPPING!!!!! :D
- GRAND CANYON: stage that completely WOWED us! We were literally speechless in front of this immensity, in front of MOTHER NATURE so majestic, this silence and this extraordinary size... completely out of the ordinary! This is one of the most beautiful moments of our adventure!
We know the photos seen on the Internet, but we don't expect that in real life....we feel very small, and we want to sit there and stay for hours watching this beauty... POINT FORT: the helicopter of course! A wonder of every moment!
- MONUMENT VALLEY: I wouldn't know how to describe this stage other than downright AUTHENTIC! TYPICAL ! Absolutely amazing scenery! And our horseback ride in the middle of this unusual landscape with real Navajo cowboys, very friendly, the meeting of wild horses and the gallop with our cowboy hats in the sand dunes of the valley... how can I tell you that this moment will remain unique and engraved forever in our heads? :)
- LAKE POWELL: To be honest, it wasn't a step that we were looking forward to like the previous ones, but then know that this step is also unavoidable! UNBELIEVABLE ! Horseshoe bend? We have never seen anything so impressive, the height, the colors, the shape, the authenticity...magnificent and not to be missed! The same goes for the excursion to Antelope Canyon, oh how much we recommend it! but what a MAGNIFICENT SURPRISE! ! ! Breathtaking !
- BRYCE CANYON: Beautiful landscapes, but still not up to the Grand Canyon! What we loved? our photo session staged with real cowboys/girls clothes and accessories! IT WAS AWESOME!
- Zion National Park: Not only is the park beautiful, but all the surroundings and the roads are too!
- Mammoth Lakes: FANTASTIC HOTEL! Really very pretty ski resort where you feel good.
Between Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite: we had a completely extraordinary experience that blew us away! MONO LAKE!!!
A heavenly place, a mountain landscape with a lake of a color varying between sky blue and grey, with the reflection of the rocks and the sky in the water... full nature... We went there bathed...cool but pleasant water...and the test was more than conclusive...we put our feet up and OH! WE FLOAT!!!!!!!!!!!! What a nice surprise !! You can only believe it when you live it! :D
And to finish...
- YOSEMITE: CLEARLY one of the most BEAUTIFUL NATIONAL PARKS...pure nature! Wild life, animals, dream landscapes, the great outdoors, waterfalls, wide open spaces, giant sequoias, lakes.... If we could have stayed living in a small wooden cabin over there we would 'already done ! :D
How sad to see part of this sublime place go up in smoke... :-(
The return to reality, the descent of our little cloud, the end of our American dream, the end of our adventure in the far west was complicated....but what a desire is to leave! The most beautiful trip of our life, ideal for lovers, stars in our eyes and our hearts filled with moments of happiness!
Thanks again to Manon for everything she did...she was perfect! We recommend a thousand times!
So next destination, and very soon...Canada! And of course...always in an AUTHENTIK way! :D
Alexandra & Christopher.

An unforgettable trip !
(Translated by Google) Great trip. The choice of hotels and activities were relevant and of high quality. No problems with reservations. Remember to bring a GPS all the same because the road directions in the logbook are not always up to date (closed roads, current traffic taken into account, etc.)
Dream trip
(Translated by Google) To be done once in a lifetime, but before old age, because the journey, the time zone difference and the places visited require a fairly good physical condition.
Many sites deserve more time, but 21 days is already a pretty decent travel time.
Roadtrip in the American West
(Translated by Google) We had a great roadtrip thanks to the Authentik USA site. The road book is perfect and really helped us and allowed us to see the most beautiful places in the national parks and also to know where to eat... everything was perfect from the travel consultant I recommend and will certainly go back with them!
Good service
(Translated by Google) Very good service both in the course and in the choice of hotels
We would have liked more contact with Gabriele as we had previously had with Laurine (once a week for example)
The idea of the road book is great.
No stewardship problems on the course
Thank you
17-day road trip in the Western United States
(Translated by Google) Very happy with the trip!
Upstream, great advice for preparing for the trip. A superb team at our service.
The roadbook is great and very well done. The travel guide by destination is very practical for planning the activities of the days to come.
In the roadbook there are also road maps (practical in case of GPS breakdowns!).
We took the different hotels in "economic" but frankly only superb rooms!! A large living room suite in San Francisco, mostly large bedrooms with two beds (handy for opening suitcases). Hotels are usually very close to parks or in the city center (SF or Las Vegas).
No bad surprise apart from a youth tax (-24 years old) for the rental car at DOLLAR of 28 dollars/day. We were obviously warned by our advisor but she did not know the exact amount.
We fully recommend this travel agency!!

An unforgettable trip.
(Translated by Google) After several discussions with our advisor, Manon concocted a superb trip to the American West, taking into account all our desires.
Everything went well, from the pick up of the car to the hotels always well located.
The activities offered as well as all the wise advice given in the road book allowed us to make the most of this very beautiful trip.
In Monument Valley, we had the chance to meet "Authentik" people, Russell and our guide Navajo Dubbz who took us on a horseback ride in
this grandiose site, we still have shivers from it as it was so magical.

Organization roda trip of 2 weeks
Stars in your eyes!
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Manon for concocting a wonderful trip through the American West. We've been through some great places, been in some great hotels, and had no issues on this road trip. Everything was perfect, especially for the preparation. We have been kept informed of all the information necessary to be ready.
A huge thank you, we will definitely be back!
Everything was perfect !
(Translated by Google) Thank you Laurine and Gabrielle for your excellent advice!
Everything was perfect ! See you soon for a roadtrip in Canada :)
A total change of scenery
(Translated by Google) A great adventure to experience at least once in your life. Each destination has its own charm and makes us experience different emotions. Some parks may not be worth spending the night there, but they are all unmissable due to their authenticity.
Very good organization of the trip from Authentik USA, apart from certain points, the GPS is not very well done. I lost patience on several occasions because it is not very precise in marking the roads in highlights.
The visit of the San Francisco tour is very interesting with a guide who knows her subject well. Despite some places that may not be worth lingering over, the information given is intriguing. The two biggest negative points are still the place where the visit ends, which is opposite the King Georges hotel (good luck coming back) and the coordination with the car. We had to return our car to ALAMO at 5 p.m. and we finished the city tour at that same time (hello stress).
Excellent value for money and a very good travel consultant.

Very satisfied with our Riad trip
(Translated by Google) The visit to the Warner studios is disappointing.
Exceptional road trip
(Translated by Google) We spent 15 exceptional days thank you
Rather satisfied
(Translated by Google) Pay attention to hotels and their location
Change of scenery guaranteed!
(Translated by Google) What a journey!!!!
It was an intense trip, we saw the vastness of America, the grandeur of the national parks. What a disappointment!
Perfect travel organization
(Translated by Google) We can only be delighted to have used the services of Authentik for the organization of our Western American Road trip...
All the preparation took place with a real sense of listening and perfect responsiveness.
The course of the trip was in line with our expectations, perfectly respecting what had been proposed to us.
The Road trip book was excellently informed and very useful.
In short, a faultless and fully satisfactory organization.
In addition, the visit of San Francisco offered by Authentik was very interesting, with a guide at the level of the whole service.
Thank you again and well done!

Very successful
(Translated by Google) Everything was very good, top accommodations except San Francisco three small beds. ++ for zion hotel and mammoth lake!!
A MAGNIFICENT TRIP!
(Translated by Google) 15 days of discoveries and unforgettable sensations. Our two children aged 12 and 18 loved it! However, the pace was a little too fast. Covering between 300 and 500 km per day did not give us time to discover the sites as we would have liked.... a little frustrating, it must be admitted, but 15 days go by so quickly! Los Angeles, beautiful, Monument Valley...amazing, Death Valley...unique!!
Thank you AUTHENTIK for your professionalism and seriousness. I have already recommended the site to many friends! And we will come back to you, be sure!!

Hotels and quality service providers on the activities of this road trip From the West of the USA
(Translated by Google) Responsiveness and follow-up from our adviser Manon, well-designed road book, good quality hotels and choice activities (exceptional places for the Ka show, VIP horseback riding in Monument Valley, awesome helicopter ride in the Grand Canyon, rodeo, visit d Alcatraz, friendly and customer-oriented providers). Excellent memories, we recommend Authentik for a successful road trip in the American West. Study the routes well beforehand to optimize travel thanks to the road book sent before the trip by email! Wonderful
(Translated by Google) An extremely well organized trip, very well chosen and very well located hotels. Very good advice. A very good follow-up, especially with the fires in Yosemite where we couldn't go but Virginie found us another place and a hotel.
Everything is perfect, no surprises.
Do not hesitate !
Discovery of the Great American West
(Translated by Google) Trip in line with our expectations to discover the American West in the best conditions in less than 3 weeks.
very good stay in the western usa
(Translated by Google) we really appreciated the itinerary of this autotour: the cities, the excursions, the organization especially when it was necessary to hide the YOSEMITE destination because of fire, the availability of Laurence etc... we spent an excellent stay no false note to report
Very enriching stay
(Translated by Google) Very nice stay.
Small flat for the outward journey (Paris - Chicago then Chicago - Los Angeles). The transfer to Chicago was very very fair.. the changeover time of 2 hours is too short (because change of terminal and baggage claim to re-register). More time should be allowed in this case.
in the top
Roadtrip USA
(Translated by Google) well organised
some optimizations seem possible to me on the way
good quality hotels overall
Countries of great extremes: America the Beautiful and America the Tramp
(Translated by Google) Lack of essential information before the delivery of the roadbook genre 1. Book Alcatraz several months in advance (a big thank you to our Air BnB host who saved the day), 2. Book the Antelope Canyon visit several months in advance ( impossible on site without paying more than 40 USD per person including children, 200 USD for 5 is bad for the holiday budget!), do not order national park passes on the NPS site in advance because there is no way to get them reimbursed even in force majeure (Yosemite closure for Ferguson fire) and impossible to use a pass purchased on the internet as proof for the "America the Beatiful" card at 80 USD and entry to multiple parks (Grand Canyon, Bryce, Death Valley, Zion etc)...
For the trip to San Francisco. Thumbs up for the Tenderloin area where the hotel was located. Even the taxis prefer not to venture into this highly sensitive neighborhood (drug addicts, homeless people, psychiatric patients, alcoholics) it's very nice to be spat on and urinated on with these children in the middle of the day... Not to mention the verbal aggression all while avoiding puddles of vomit and human excrement on the sidewalk (Hotel Cova) - area strongly discouraged because the homeless remain very grouped / in bands (30 groin people and more) at each foot of the door.. Why not have alerted us in advance to offer us a more expensive hotel but less danger?
For the closure of Yosemite, too bad it was up to us to inquire with the National Park Service (NPS) for the closure of roads and accesses... The agency did not try to find another solution of accommodation than the Pines Resort....
In short, many disappointments during this trip. It is said that travel marks us and should leave us with lasting memories. For the lasting memories it's well won but unfortunately not in the way we would have liked...!!!

Good overall
(Translated by Google) Good overall. The itinerary was sometimes approximate or even very approximate. Almost nothing to say about the hotels. I find that for the price paid breakfast and parking should be systematically included in the price. I left for 2 nights in LA over $50 parking it hurts. Otherwise nothing to say. The proposal to change hotels in Yosemite at our expense was unwelcome. If you make the proposal it is that you take care of everything in my opinion. [...]
western american road trip
(Translated by Google) family of 4, we were really well advised by our correspondent Charlotte, whether on hotels, the time spent in each stage, she knew how to organize our stay in an optimal way. The personalized roadbook really helped us. thank you for everything . hoping to be able, in some time, to call on Authentik to organize another trip.
