3 ways to integrate our products on your website
1- Tracked link
You can insert a text link on your website which is configured to allow us to follow the visitor from your website until the sale on ours, if applicable, thanks to the follow-up report available on your Authentik affiliate area.
This link can also be integrated on a banner, in a newsletter or on your social networks.
2- Product feed
Enter a code on your website, at your desired location, and display a section of our website of your choice.

Products and commissions
It is possible to feature all of our products on your website, from road trips to car and motorhome rentals.
The commission is different for each product and ranges between 4% and 10%, depending on the volume you direct to Authentik.
Here are roughly the details of the remuneration:

Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone can apply: bloggers, influencers, website owners, media… We do however evaluate the quality of the media, profile and domain authority, as well as the relevance and quality of content before accepting an affiliation.
Important note: If you do not have a website, you can enter your social media page URL when registering.
If I am already an affiliate on one of the Authentik sites, do I have to create another account on the other site to do affiliation there?
Yes, to be part of the USA affiliate program for example, you need to create an account on our Authentik USA site, and the same applies for Canada. There is no correlation between the two.
What are the conditions for termination or suspension?
You can terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, by writing to us at: marketing@authentik.com.
Are there any fees for the affiliate?
No, absolutely none. No registration fees, setup fees or hidden commissions. The program is completely free: it's a win-win deal where you promote our products while generating revenue.
How can I see my commissions? Is it displayed as soon as the customer pays?
From your affiliate profile on the website, go to the statistics tab and select the period you are interested in. Go to the « commission » column on the right side of the table to see the total amount of commissions earned for the period.
Display is instant. As soon as the sale is made and payment is received, everything is updated on your online affiliate account. Contact us at marketing@authentik.com if you do not see your commission. Note that you will receive automatic email alerts when a sale is made.
How do I receive my commissions?
To receive commissions you must issue an invoice to: Authentik Canada Aventures Inc., 7680 St-Hubert, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H2R 2N6.
Important note: you must include your banking details on the invoice. Do not forget to send us the name and address of the bank account holder.
If you have commissions on both Authentik Canada and Authentik USA sites, you must separate them on the invoice. Example: Authentik Canada site commissions = 500 euros; Authentik USA site commissions = 1000 euros; Total to be paid in euros = 1500 euros.
When can I claim my commission amount?
You can contact Yanick from the date indicated in your statistics table (see due date column) AND when your commission amount exceeds 100 EUR.
I have a commission of less than 100 EUR pending but I am not receiving the payment?
Due to banking fees, payments are only triggered above 100 EUR. This means that when the next commission comes in, the payment will be made if the amount exceeds 100 EUR. If there is no other commission in the following 12 months, the commission will still be paid but with this 12-month delay.
I want to be paid in another currency, how do I do that?
If there are commissions in a currency other than the one you want to be paid in, you must convert using the exchange rate on the invoice date. For example, for a commission of 250 CAD, you can invoice 154.32 euros if the rate is 1.62 on the billing date.
Are flights commissioned?
No, flights are deducted. Moreover, in the road trip, vehicles have a smaller commission than the rest of the stay (4 to 5% versus 8 to 10%).
A traveller I advised booked with Authentik but without using the affiliate link, can I get my commission?
If you can provide us with justification, we will be happy to attribute this file manually. Contact Justine at marketing@authentik.com.
How is attribution tracking done?
Everything is stored in a cookie as long as the traveller is not logged in. As soon as the customer creates an account or logs in, we transfer the affiliate information that was temporarily in the cookie to the user profile. As a result, each sale is properly tracked even if you no longer see the UTMs in the customer journey.
Can I share affiliate links on my social networks?
Absolutely, you can include our affiliate links in your social media posts.
Can I promote Authentik in all countries and regions?
No, the program is reserved for travel to Canada and the United States.
Can I use promo codes or special offers?
Yes. Promo codes and special offers work independently of affiliate links. If a traveller enters a promo code after clicking your link, they will get the discount and the commission will still be attributed to you.
How to ensure compliance (GDPR, affiliate laws…)? Do I have to display an « affiliate » mention or disclose that I earn a commission?
We recommend that you comply with the rules in force in your country (for example, clearly indicating to your audience that these are affiliate links). For example, in the Consumer Code, it is specified that any commercial communication must be clearly identifiable as such.
You can use this text for example: « This link is an affiliate link: I may receive a commission if you purchase through this link » or simply « affiliate link ». This mention must be clear and visible (ARPP rules). On social networks, you can use: #affiliation, #affiliatelink, #sponsored.
