Description

Located in Dinosaur National Monument, the Green River campground is on the banks of the Green River. Many sites offer stunning views of Split Mountain.

Obviously, what attracts tourists here is the proximity to the dinosaur fossils that have been here for more than 149 million years, still buried in the ground.

  • 80 campsites
  • Washroom facilities
  • Fire pit on each site
  • Potable water

NB : This campground doesn't have sites with hookups and showers.

Location

Green River Campground Road, Jensen, (UT)

Appointment with the "Wilde life"

Bouton Thursday August 31, 2017

(Translated by Google) Very quiet campsite in the middle of the forest. Nature lovers will be delighted. We saw a lot of very different birds including hummingbirds flying around us, it was magical! Deer roam very close to you too. And very showers, houses a very proud hare!
