Car rental
Car not available on arrival, no assistance
(Translated by Google) Hello,
First of all, thanks to Authentik USA for their service: very attractive prices, and excellent site availability for our questions before departure.
On the other hand, Dollar was catastrophic: upon our arrival at the airport, they informed us that they didn't have a van available for our group of 9 (despite booking 9 months in advance!), after 30 minutes of insistence, they finally found us one, high mileage and uncomfortable ( an old Chevrolet Express instead of a Ford Transit; neither Bluetooth nor headrests). Especially in Moab, the air conditioning broke down and the solution was outlandish: "you can't drive without air conditioning in this region in August (40°C), you have to go back to Las Vegas to change vehicles, which is an 8-hour round trip! Which, of course, we refused to do...

Overall satisfactory
(Translated by Google) The experience is good despite their insistence on politely selling their insurance, a clean and compliant car was quickly provided.
very good
Excellent!
(Translated by Google) Very good experience renting our vehicle through Authentik USA (at Avis in Jackson Hole, Wyoming). Great contact with Marie Michelle Ouellet who guided and assisted us! Vehicle pick-up in 7 minutes. No request for additional insurance was made at the counter... frankly, that was reassuring! I will use this company again next year with great pleasure!
Car rental California
(Translated by Google) Everything was very simple. No stress. A car that was almost new and met our request. We recommend +++
A quality service
(Translated by Google) I recommend Alamo. We were unlucky because the vehicle had a problem and we broke down. But they sent us an Uber that transferred us to the airport to change the vehicle. Vehicle pickup and return very simple and smooth.
On the other hand, I don't regret going through Authentik USA because it's always better when you have a problem to be able to converse with a person in your native language. We were in contact with Marie-Michèle Ouellet who is truly adorable, very attentive and available! +++

Top top
(Translated by Google) Truly unsurprising and very professional.
Fast and efficient car pickup
very satisfied with the pressures provided
(Translated by Google) Thrifty agency staff who inevitably offer various additional options but never insist, which is a very good point. Vehicle choice respected and the vehicle was in very good condition (less than 2000 km on the odometer).
Very big car
(Translated by Google) Fast and efficient pickup at SFO.
The staff was really great and we had the choice between 3 Jeep Grand Wagoneers.
Huge, very comfortable, luxurious, and powerful.
Very pleasant to drive and not at all cumbersome on American roads.
Decent fuel consumption (21 mpg, about 11.2 liters/100km). Be aware, it requires 91 Premium.
The ideal vehicle for covering 6000 miles during our road trip.

Perfect
(Translated by Google) Car to choose from a small range. Alamo did not try to offer additional options, and no extra fees were requested.
Rental at Miami Airport
(Translated by Google) Car in very good condition. Excellent welcome. Car return done very quickly. Access to the agency and parking very easy, following the advice of the Road-Book.
I highly recommend Authentik USA (value for money and support).
(Translated by Google) After seven long stays of two to two and a half months in the United States, in 2023 and then in 2026, I chose to book my rental car through Authentik USA, mainly for the excellent value for money, but also because this platform offers support tailored to French-speaking travelers. With age (I'm approaching 80 now), my English has become more hesitant, and I wanted to be able to count on effective assistance in case of difficulty, for example, liaising with the rental company in the event of an accident. This precaution proved very useful this year.
When picking up the rental car, additional options were added in particular circumstances, and I didn't notice until the next day. As soon as I contacted Authentik USA, their team (thank you, Valérie) took charge of the case immediately and obtained the cancellation of these supplements within the day. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness, efficiency, and sense of customer service.
In hindsight, I also recognize that I had not sufficiently read the recommendations provided by Authentik. An important tip to remember when picking up the vehicle: clearly specify at the rental counter: "I want only what is included in this voucher." This simple sentence can avoid many misunderstandings and unnecessary costs.
In summary, a reliable, competitive, and especially very reassuring road trip platform for French-speaking travelers in the United States.

Car in excellent condition.
(Translated by Google) We had requested a gasoline car and we got a plug-in hybrid car! It was a very good choice for the planned trip!
Good overall performance.
(Translated by Google) Nothing to say about the vehicle we were given. Recent, well-equipped, and clean. In addition, there is an efficient and fast airport shuttle service (between the rental parking lot and the airport terminal).
Vehicle pickup: a bit slow, about 1 hour, due to the hostess who seemed to be new and didn't master her computer tool... however, she was smiling and pleasant, so nothing serious.
Vehicle return: perfect. Car scan under the gantry, 1 signature and hop hop hop into the shuttle (2 minutes flat).
Only one regret: we would have liked a more exotic vehicle offer (a pick-up, for example, which is more common in the US and not offered in the categories, even though it was available in the rental company's parking lot). That said, we were perfectly happy with our large minivan.
As for Authentik's support, it was perfect: thank you for your availability, your attention, your support and your advice. Don't change anything because I'll call you again for my next trip to the US...

Efficient rental.
(Translated by Google) Efficient and smooth rental and a very pleasant vehicle. Thank you!
Good, but could do better.
(Translated by Google) The agent's welcome at Orlando airport was friendly, and the vehicle pickup went smoothly.
The car had already been driven a lot and was full of small dents... but nothing appeared during the return at the airport at the end of the trip.
Thrifty car rental in Miami

Special thanks to Marie Michele at Authentik USA, very responsive and dedicated.

Thrifty rental with Authentik USA in Louisiana.
(Translated by Google) Car in good condition, simple procedures, good price.
Thank you.
Excellent
(Translated by Google) I have reserved a vehicle twice through Authentic USA, two experiences without any problems: efficiency, almost new, high-quality cars, and excellent value for money.
Very good.
(Translated by Google) The pickup was easy and at the chosen time. The return at Miami airport was done in a flash and the location was easy to find.
Very satisfied
Very fast and kind.
(Translated by Google) We chose to pick up our car at the Fisherman's Wharf agency in San Francisco. The location is very convenient and the agency is very clean. On site, we had to sign some papers, but everything was done very quickly, with no hidden costs or attempts to charge us more. The vehicle parking is right next door, with very nice staff who offered us a larger car at no extra cost.
We dropped off the car at San Francisco airport. Everything also went well, it was more than quick because we left the car, removed our luggage, and it was done.
We had no additional costs afterwards. It was very fast, transparent with a good, very economical car. We recommend it!

Very good.
very good
car
Not great.
(Translated by Google) Really average, car delivery 2 hours 30 minutes late, they insistently try to add insurance supplements, you return the car, no deposit, it was cashed and 3 days later they debit another 165 euros.......
Excellent location
(Translated by Google) This is the several times I have rented with Authentik, both for the USA and Canada, and I have never been disappointed.
Everything goes very well, the rentals have gone very smoothly, no hidden fees, no surprises at the counter, and unbeatable prices with top-notch customer service.
The service is really good, and they reserve a vehicle for you at reputable agencies.
The vehicles are often the latest models, fully equipped, with very low mileage.
I highly recommend them, and I will continue to use Authentik for my future rentals in North America.
