From the booking to the car return, the whole process was quick and easy and the price was fantastic. I even called Customer Service and got right through to a live Representative who answered my question. Definitely using Authentik again.

Picking it up from Thirifty was easy, slight wait at the terminal as only one desk manned and a lot of customers but we had kind of expected a wait. Booked a Jeep compass but was given a KIA SUV so a little disappointed as I wouldn't have put them in the same class but it drove well and served us well on our trip. [...]

Fast efficient service, but they tried to give us a fairly old car and we were disappointed as we had a lot miles to cover. We spoke to the garage attendant and he did let us select a new car so all was ok in the end. The staff at the check in counter did try to sell us 'toll road package' at nearly $180 dollars for 2 weeks - with no help or advice if the price was worth it or not! Luckily we refused it as there was only a $10 charge per toll used (we used zero tolls!) so plan your route and check the tolls! Pretty sure most people wont use 18 toll roads during their rental so be aware! [...]

The car was a very comfortable Rav 4. We did think we were getting a Ford Edge, happy anyway. Authentik were an easy company to deal with. Avis was also easy to deal with.
