I enjoyed the personalized customer service from Authentik. The vehicle was clean, well maintained and the staff at the rental place were very helpful and friendly.
The only hiccup was the online checkin process for the rv (with the supplier) some prepayments didnt go through and there ended up being discrepancies with what I paid for and what was credited at checkin. Thankfully these were resolved fairly quickly by both the authentik rep and the supplier.

It’s a great camper. Little too big for us though. Didn’t really had any issues, just the leg space in the front could be better. And the Matratze is only an air one so you can feel absolutely everything.

Our experience of hiring a RV from Cruise America through Authentik was good.
The booking experience was great with a very responsive agent.
When we arrived at the Denver location to collect the vehicle the service was ok albeit quite rushed. I’m quite experienced with RVs whereas less experienced people might be intimidated.
The vehicle itself was ok. It was a bit tired and had well over 100000 miles on the clock. An annoying feature was that a warning light kept coming on stating there was a tire pressure issue and which despite me calling the CA hotline wasn’t ever resolved.
It would be helpful to include a dustpan and brush with the vehicle.
However we had a great time and really enjoyed the trip.

Small RV for a long road trip
I past 3 weeks with a Jucy RV in western USA. That car is convenient thanks to its optimised size ! We was 3 persons, I guess it is possible at 4 but including 2 kids. The limit was place for our personal luggages. Ready for a new experience with its little RV’s !

(Translated by Google) We rented a Class B van for 25 days via Authentik USA for a Road Trip primarily in Utah and Arizona. On the day of pickup, we went to Mighty Campers in Las Vegas at 1 PM. The welcome was cold and our on-site intermediary was borderline unpleasant. The vehicle offered to us was old and in poor condition; it was the only one available. Out of desperation and with no other offer from them, we left their premises at 5 PM. Thirty minutes later, while we were driving on I-40, the pop-top roof fastenings tore off and the roof began to open, causing significant air suction which pulled us sideways. This could have caused an accident if the truck following us hadn't reacted quickly to avoid us. Following Authentik USA's advice, who were very easily reachable by phone, we drove back slowly to Las Vegas to present ourselves at Mighty Campers the next morning. They exchanged the vehicle for an identical model. We therefore left Las Vegas again around 4 PM the next day.
We had to call assistance (thanks to Authentik USA for their help) twice for repairs: battery replacement, sealing of the already repaired skylight that threatened to tear off, broken toilet cassette that smelled horribly bad, the mirror of the medicine cabinet that tore off and broke while driving, defective bed fastenings....
The only important thing we remember is that thanks to Authentik USA, who were not responsible for our misfortunes, we received assistance and support from them throughout our trip. Their kindness, responsiveness, and availability allowed us to enjoy our trip despite all the problems encountered. Authentik USA even negotiated a compensatory discount with Mighty Campers to compensate us for all our troubles. Without their efficiency, our trip would not have ended on such a positive note.
If we were to re-plan a van rental, we would not hesitate to call Authentik USA for all the help we received. But certainly never again with Mighty Campers Las Vegas.
